I wish I could get a used instead LeapPad. I bought this off Amazon for my daughter 4 years old and it does not work. I do not know if this is only a one-time deal, and I have bad luck or if its more errors out there. The books will not upload to my pen. I’ve tried on three different machines and it will not work on any of them. It tells me I used 0 and 0 storage memory left. I have countless times Leapfrog contacted about this and they tell me they have never heard a problem like that. They have not been most helpful to the point that now I want everything I have bought for this thing back, (the pen, storage box and two pounds) and never buy again Leapfrog products. I, m sure if this works it would have been great, too bad there is no quality control at Leapfrog. Rating: 5.1
I have tried for over an hour to install the software for this thing moved. It does not work. It will not download on its website a link to the audio books. If I had known I would have to connect to the Internet for each audio download, I would never have bought this for my daughter. What happened to the good old cartridge you install into the device? I have tried to disable my firewall thought it might block it, but it was not. So I give up and give back. Rating: 5.1
