    It depends on where you live. In most states you have to have a buyers license to get into the auction. You also have to have the license to browse the vehicles online.

    If I were you i would go to a local dealer with a good reputation, ask to talk with the use car manager, and tell him or her what kind of cars you are interested in and what you price range is. There is a good chance that the dealership will be able to find you a vehicle that will meet your needs.

    Pretty sure you have to have a dealer’s license. What i did, is i went to my mechanic, who had a dealers license, and talked him into finding me one at an auction. i paid only what he had to pay at the auction, plus sales tax. ask your mechanic if he has one, they usually do.
