I actually used to be a buyer for a major dealership. All I did was buy cars for the lots. Be very careful. You need to educate yourself on auctions system and rules. Because if you do not like the car after you buy it you are pretty stuck. Except for major issues like frame damage that was not disclosed in advance you will not be able to return the car. Also I hope you know what the dealer is doing is ILLEGAL. Those auctions are not open to the public BY LAW. You have to have a dealers license to bid and or buy. I have seen dealers bring customers to auctions or buy a car for them from an online sale and they can loose their license and get a huge fine if caught. The public is not suppost to involved with the auction process at all. And sense you do not know how it works I would advize you to stay out of it. The dealer can take advantage of you very easily. Also I would be careful of something that sounds too good to be true. Some auctions do not have to disclose everything that is wrong with the cars. Buying a car site unseen is not a good idea.
