Are online car auction websites worth signing up for?

Im looking for a used car online and cant seem to find anything i want. I found a few websites that claim to give you up to 90% off retail price for the reposessed vehicle (through the government). Are these websites legitamit and has anyone used them to buy their car? this is where i found myself? check it out. http://www. bidonvehicle. com
