Is there an online auction to sell a business (established franchise)?

I own a franchised restaurant and would like to upp the odds of selling it by putting it up for auction. Is this an available resource, if so- where is the best place to auction a restaurant? It doesn’t necessarily need to be online- are there any local resources?
